" It is the small seemingly insignificant things done consistently over time that bring big results."
I heard that somewhere...an audio book, I think. Wish I had that to listen to again.
I had to write today, something , even if the ideas didn't quite come together. It helps me. It helps my jumbled thoughts.
Do you feel that you are making a difference? Why is making a difference so messy?
This post may be messy ,but I think I have the answer in spite of the scattered thoughts, and I know it can make a difference, otherwise I wouldn't bother.
noun 1.a point or way in which people or things are not the same.
2. distinctness in a person, in a life
verb 3. to make something clear
Can we make a clear distinctness in a person, in a life? Can we cause our children or others to withdraw from the world's mess, to separate themselves unto Christ?
The answer is yes! ..but not without this one thing....
sympathetic pity and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others
divine grace , having mercy on
I need this myself! This morning I am so burdened by the "worse and worse" I see in the news. I'm burdened by the lack of honorable commentary, exhortation, and encouragement.
(2Ti_3:13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. )
We are in such need of prayer! Whenever I get this way, I visit a book called Jude. It has a great deal of the hard truth, and just enough "compassion" to encourage me in my "race".
And of some have compassion, making a difference:
I hope you will visit your Bible as well and be encouraged to have compassion on the "some" God puts in your day, and make a difference for good.
